QUALITY POLICY

In Tecnoproex, S.L. the object that guides and motivates us is the total satisfaction of the customer and other interested parties, and we are committed to achieving these objectives in the most sustainable and environmentally friendly way possible. To achieve this, we consider that the path is the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through the improvement of the efficiency of the processes.

We are aware of the impacts of our sector on the environment, such as the consumption of metals and other raw materials, electricity (and its consequent Greenhouse Gas emissions) and the generation of waste, some of them dangerous to the environment.

Under this commitment, we adopt the obligation to comply with all legal, regulatory, environmental and customer requirements applicable to our welding activity, as well as those necessary for the continuous improvement of the management system.

Involved all personnel in the achievement of these objectives, we will provide the necessary technical, material and human resources.

We will establish control processes focused on the prevention and resolution of non-conformities through a Quality system based on the UNE EN ISO 9001 standards, in EN ISO 3834-2, which allows us to recognize, detect and study the causes of non-conformities and the impact of our environmental aspects and solve or minimize them through improvement actions and guaranteeing the privacy that the client demands of us.

Specific annual improvement objectives will be imposed, which will be monitored periodically by the Management.

Communication will be channeled so that all the staff of our company know the policy, objectives and importance of the management system implemented to ensure its correct interpretation.

Tecnoproex, S.L. makes this policy public for its knowledge and dissemination, expressing the commitment to communicate it and make it understood, and to establish and review the Quality objectives for its continuous improvement.
